Miami Circle

What Is Miami Circle?

Miami Circle is a volunteer organization made up of undergraduate UM alumni who share their experiences at UM and guide prospective undergraduate students as they begin their college search. Volunteers represent the University by broadening our reach at college fairs, serving on panels, and other UM student recruitment events.

At the University of Miami, we know our biggest fans are our former students, and if you’re interested in helping us recruit the best and the brightest, we’d love to have you join us.

How You Can Help

As a volunteer, you are asked to give a minimum time of six hours per year to recruitment activities in your area. But of course, if you are available to help out more, we’d love to have you!

What our volunteers do:
  • Contact prospective undergraduate students in their communities
  • Represent UM at college fairs and regional information sessions
  • Plan and host social activities such as UM game watches
