To login to CaneLink, you will need your CaneID, which is your username, and your password. Your CaneID can be found in the email you received 3-4 days after submitting your application. Please check all of your email folders (including spam) when looking for our email.
If you are having trouble accessing your CaneLink, please visit the CaneID Self Service page. Under “CaneID Assistance” you can reset your password. Please do not register for a new CaneID.
As we approach application deadlines, we will receive a very large volume of mail. Please allow us several weeks from the application deadline to process your documents and post them for you to see on CaneLink.
To find out which admission documents have been received and processed for your admission file, follow these steps:

As we approach application deadlines (Freshman - Nov 1 & Jan 1; Transfers - Nov 1 & March 1), we will receive a very large volume of mail. Please allow us several weeks from the application deadline to process your documents and post them for you to see on CaneLink. During this busy application time, CaneLink is your best resource since we are continually updating students' applications and documents.
